Exemption
The responsible person for Viva Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust is exempted from the requirement under section 295(2) of the Act to take the necessary steps to wind up Viva Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust following the withdrawal of the Authority’s authorisation of Viva Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust under section 288(7) of the Act.
