Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Exemption of Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 4 August 2022.
Exemption
The responsible person for Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust is exempt from the requirement under section 295(2) of the Act to take the necessary steps to wind up Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust following the withdrawal of the Authority’s authorisation of Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust under section 288(7) of the Act.
