reg 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Exemption of CapitaLand Commercial Trust) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 4 November 2020.

reg 2Exemption

The responsible person for CapitaLand Commercial Trust is exempt from the requirement under section 295(2) of the Act to take the necessary steps to wind up CapitaLand Commercial Trust following the withdrawal of the Authority’s authorisation of CapitaLand Commercial Trust under section 288(7) of the Act.
