Offences

Subregulation 1

Any person who contravenes regulation 5, 6, 6A, 6B, 6C, 7 or 8(1)(A) or (B) shall be guilty of an offence.

Subregulation 2

It shall be a defence for a person charged with an offence in respect of a contravention of regulation 8(1)(A) or (B) to prove that the person had a reasonable excuse for such contravention.
