Regulation 13
General prohibition

No person in Singapore and no citizen of Singapore outside Singapore shall knowingly do anything that —
(a)
causes, assists or promotes; or
(b)
is intended to cause, assist or promote,any act or thing prohibited by regulation 5, 5A, 6, 7, 8, 8A, 8B(1), 8C, 8D, 8E(1), 9, 9A, 10, 11, 12(1) or 12A.
