Offences
Subregulation 1
A person who contravenes regulation 5, 6, 7, 8, 9(1), 10, 11, 12(1), 13 or 14(1) shall be guilty of an offence.
Subregulation 2
It is a defence for a person charged with an offence for contravening regulation 14(1) to prove that the person had a reasonable excuse for the contravention.
