Exemption

Subregulation 1

The Minister or a person designated by the Minister may, if he or she considers that it is appropriate to do so in the circumstances of the case and that it is consistent with the intention of the United Nations Security Council under paragraph 17 or 18 of Resolution 2399 (2018), by written notice exempt, subject to any conditions that he or she may specify —

(a)

any person or class of persons; or

(b)

any activity or class of activities,from regulation 5 or 6.

(a)

any person or class of persons; or

(b)

any activity or class of activities,from regulation 7, 8 or 9.
