Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 27 March 2015.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 27 March 2015.
Exemption
Jasmani Bin Brakan (NRIC No. S1532541J) is exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the deregistration and scrapping of a motor cycle bearing registration number FY 7847 A.
