Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 3) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 26th March 2010.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 3) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 26th March 2010.
Exemption
Anis Bin Mohamad Mansor (NRIC No. S1204257D) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the de-registration and scrapping of his motor cycle bearing registration number FX 3958 U.
