This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 2) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 26th May 2011.

Subregulation 1

Ahmad Jalaluddin Bin Sanawi (NRIC No. S1237688Z) and Nor Hayati Binte Ismail (NRIC No. S1226372D) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the sub-letting of the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 145, Woodlands Street 13, #04-893, Singapore 730145, subject to the condition that the proceeds of the sub-letting are deposited in the bank account as designated in the letter of exemption dated 26th May 2011.

Nor Hayati Binte Ismail is further exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —

(a)

any withdrawal from the bank account referred to in sub-paragraph (1); and

(b)

the use of the sum withdrawn therefrom.

Suggest a correction

The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub-paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the letter of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
