reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2008.

reg 2Exemption

Ishak s/o Mohamed Noohu (NRIC No. S1511712E) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the de-registration and scrapping of his motor cycle bearing registration number FD 2126R.
