Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 4) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2008.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 4) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2008.
Exemption
Mohammad bin Hashim (NRIC No. S1543748J) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —
the sale of his motor car bearing registration number SFH 6241T to Tan Chong Motors Pte Ltd for a sum of $36,000; and
the use of that sum for the partial discharge of the outstanding loan he took from Malayan Banking Berhad for the purchase of the motor car.
