Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition Against Dealing) (No. 3) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 14th July 2011.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition Against Dealing) (No. 3) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 14th July 2011.
Exemption
Mahfuh B Haji Halimi (NRIC No. S1541587H) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the de-registration and scrapping of his motor cycle bearing registration number FL 3403 S.
