Exemption of Media Development Authority of Singapore
The Media Development Authority of Singapore is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the refund by the Authority, in cash to any nominee of a specified person of such amount of the 2011 Radio and Television Licence Fees which the specified person is entitled to receive, subject to the condition that such cash refund is deposited in the bank account of the nominee as designated in the letter of exemption issued by the Minister to the specified person and his nominee in respect of the cash refund.
