This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption From Prohibition Against Dealing) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

Fathi Abu Bakar Bafana (NRIC No. S1709186G) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of renting a 2-room or 3-room flat from the Housing and Development Board in any location in Singapore.
