reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption From Prohibition Against Dealing) (No. 2) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

reg 2Exemption

Abdul Nassir Bin Anwarul (NRIC No. S1555656J) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of renting a room from the open-market or renting a 2-room flat from the Housing and Development Board in any location in Singapore.
