Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 4) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 26th September 2012.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 4) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 26th September 2012.
Exemption
Mohamed Noor Bin Sulaimi (NRIC No. S7031888A) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the de‑registration and scrapping of his motor cycle bearing registration number FD 1905 R.
