This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 19) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 2nd August 2013.

Jasmani Bin Bakran (NRIC No. S1532541J) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the de-registration and scrapping of a motor car bearing registration number SFB 3917 D; and

(b)

where the Land Transport Authority of Singapore has granted a rebate under rule 8(4) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (Cap. 276, R 5) in respect of the de-registration of the motor car referred to in sub-paragraph (a) —

(i)

his using of the benefit of the rebate for the registration of another motor car; and

(ii)

his using of his funds to purchase the motor car referred to in sub-paragraph (i), and to pay the fees for the registration of the motor car.
