This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 2) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 4th November 2009.

Arifin Bin Ali alias Wong, Ah Hung John (NRIC No. S1430401J) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the receipt of the moneys payable to him upon the maturity of his PruInvestor Insurance Policy No. 24877801 with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Ltd and the deposit of such moneys to his ordinary account in the Central Provident Fund.
