reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 8) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 16th December 2008.

reg 2Exemption

Abdul Ghani Bin Omar (NRIC No. S7621444A) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the transfer of his motor cycle bearing registration number FR 6489T to Messrs Glen Enterprise.
