Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 6) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 23rd November 2006.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 6) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 23rd November 2006.
Exemption
Ibrahim Bin Maidin (NRIC No. S0205722J) and Fatimah Binte Ibrahim (NRIC No. S7728811B) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the withdrawal of the sum of $875.39 from the medisave account of Ibrahim Bin Maidin in the Central Provident Fund.
The exemption is subject to the sum withdrawn being utilised for the payment of medical expenses incurred by Fatimah Binte Ibrahim at the K K Women’s and Children’s Hospital on 20th January 2006.
