Application of sections 8, 9 and 10 of Act
Sections 8 (Voluntary compliance agreement), 9 (Declaration or injunction) and 10 (Injunction against person from knowingly abetting, aiding, permitting or procuring supplier to engage in unfair practice) of the Act do not apply to any unfair practice relating to MAS‑regulated financial products or services.
