These Rules are the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Composition of Offences) Rules 2004.

reg 2Compoundable offences

The offences under sections 36(2), 39(6) and 42(4) of the Act may be compounded by the Chief Executive or any officer of the Authority authorised by the Chief Executive in accordance with section 44 of the Act.
