15. Additional insurance upon request

A subsidiary proprietor may request the management corporation to include in the calculations under regulation 14, the estimated cost of any of his improvements or fixtures in the nature of paint, wallpaper and temporary wall, floor and ceiling coverings, provided that —

he gives the management corporation a notice in writing specifying the nature and estimated cost of such improvements or fixtures; and

he pays any additional premiums thereby incurred.
