26. Service of documents

(1)

A Board may make an order directing that service of a notice or other document that is required under these Regulations to be served be —

(a)

effected by a solicitor acting for a party or that solicitor’s clerk;

(b)

effected in a manner different from that provided in section 129 of the Act; or

(c)

dispensed with.

(2)

Proof of the service of any notice or other document may be given by way of an affidavit.

Subregulation 1
