Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Police Force (Transitional Provisions for Auxiliary Police Associations) Regulations.
Auxiliary police associations established before 12th October 2004
Any auxiliary police association which, immediately before 12th October 2004, has been established under regulation 17 of the revoked Auxiliary Police Regulations (Rg 2, 1990 Ed.) in force immediately before that date shall continue in existence as if it had been established under regulation 12 of the Auxiliary Police Forces Regulations (Rg 2, 2006 Ed.), until the date on which the auxiliary police association is dissolved.
