34. Record of offences and punishments
Feedback & supportThe Director PNSD must cause to be entered in a register a record of the punishments imposed on every detainee, showing, in respect of each detainee punished —
the name of the detainee;
the nature of the offence; and (c)the nature and extent of the punishment. (2) The register referred to in paragraph (1) must be open for inspection by the Board.
