Regulation 4

For the purposes of the definition of “SIBOR” in section 8(14) of the Act, the Authority hereby prescribes “SIBOR” to be the 3-month Singapore Dollar Singapore Interbank Offer Rate as determined by the Association of Banks in Singapore.
