2. Direction under section 19A(1)(d) of Act
Feedback & supportThe Minister directs that, subject to sub-paragraph (2), the Registrar must not accept for registration under the Act any name containing the word “Temasek”.
Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply if a partner or prospective partner of the limited liability partnership or proposed limited liability partnership is Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap. 50) (Registration No. 197401143C).
