Parks and Trees (Composition of Offences) Regulations is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation PTA-RG2 2005, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2005.
Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Parks and Trees (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Compoundable offences
All offences under the Parks and Trees Regulations (Rg 1) may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 51(1) of the Act.
Manner of payment of composition amounts
All composition amounts shall be payable to the Board and may be paid —
by money order, postal order or cheque drawn on any bank in Singapore delivered or sent by post to the Board’s office;
by any electronic means as the Board may permit from time to time, subject to such terms and conditions as the Board may impose in connection with the use of such means; or
in such other manner as the Board may, from time to time, authorise in any particular case or class of cases.
