False or misleading document or information
Subregulation 1
Any person who provides any document or information to the evaluation panel, STB or development party, as the case may be, under these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence if —
the document or information is false or misleading in a material particular; and
the person knows that the document or information is false or misleading in a material particular or is reckless as to whether it is so.
Subregulation 2
A person who provides any document or information to another person —
knowing that, or with reckless disregard as to whether, the document or information is false or misleading in a material particular; and
knowing that the other person is intending to provide that document or information to the evaluation panel, STB or development party, as the case may be, under these Regulations,shall be guilty of an offence.
Subregulation 3
Any person guilty of an offence under paragraph (1) or (2) shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
