Preparation of evaluation opinion
Before the evaluation panel submits to the Authority its evaluation opinion on an applicant’s integrated resort, the evaluation panel must send to the applicant —
(a)
a copy of its draft evaluation opinion; and
(b)
a notice inviting the applicant to provide in writing, within such period (not being less than 7 days) as may be specified in the notice, the applicant’s views on the draft evaluation opinion.
