20. Duty to keep records
Feedback & supportThe occupier of a registered major hazard installation must keep a record of every notification or report made by the occupier under these Regulations.
The occupier of the registered major hazard installation must furnish the Commissioner with any extract of the records that the Commissioner requires from time to time.
