Regulation 20
Duty to keep records
Subregulation 1
The occupier of a registered major hazard installation must keep a record of every notification or report made by the occupier under these Regulations.
Subregulation 2
The occupier of the registered major hazard installation must furnish the Commissioner with any extract of the records that the Commissioner requires from time to time.
