FOURTH SCHEDULERegulations 9(1)(a) and 10(2)(a)Fees The fees for the issue and renewal of a certificate of registration are set out in the third and fourth columns, respectively, of the table below opposite the major hazard installation —
that falls within the class of major hazard installation specified in the first column of the table below; and
