Regulation 6
Design‑for‑safety review meeting
Subregulation 1
The developer of a project must convene such design‑for‑safety review meetings as are necessary to —
(a)
identify all foreseeable design risks in the project; and
(b)
discuss how each of the foreseeable design risks can be eliminated or reduced.
Subregulation 2
A developer must ensure that each design‑for‑safety review meeting is attended by all the relevant designers and contractors appointed under regulation 5(1), 9(6)(a) or 10(2)(a) or (3)(a).
