2. Definitions
Feedback & supportIn these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“compressed air” means air that is mechanically raised to a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure at sea level;“designated workplace doctor” means a medical practitioner registered as a designated workplace doctor in accordance with Part III;“hazardous occupation” means any of the occupations referred to in regulation 3;“responsible person”, in relation to a person employed in any hazardous occupation, means —
the employer of that person; or
the principal under whose direction that person is employed in any hazardous occupation.
