Regulation 39
Welding sets
It shall be the duty of —
(a)
the employer of the person who uses any welding set in a worksite; or
(b)
the principal under whose direction any person uses any welding set in a worksite,to ensure that all alternating current welding sets are fitted with an effective voltage limiting device or shock preventor.
