Regulation 3
Application for GMP Certificate
Subregulation 1
An application for a GMP Certificate shall be —
made to the Authority in such form and manner as the Authority may require; and
accompanied by such particulars, information, documents and samples as the Authority may require.
Subregulation 2
Upon receiving an application under paragraph (1), the Authority may, if it assesses that the manufacture of the cosmetic product to which the application relates satisfactorily conforms with a Good Manufacturing Practice Standard, issue a GMP Certificate to the manufacturer of the cosmetic product, subject to such terms and conditions as the Authority thinks fit.
Subregulation 3
Every GMP Certificate issued under paragraph (2) shall be valid for a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of the assessment referred to in paragraph (2).
