These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2010.

Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 15(5), 23(7) or 40(4) of the Act may be compounded by the Council in accordance with section 69 of the Act.
