Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2010.

Pharmacists Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation PRA-S169-2010 2007, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2007.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2010.
Compoundable offences
Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 15(5), 23(7) or 40(4) of the Act may be compounded by the Council in accordance with section 69 of the Act.
