Regulation 8

Any person who contravenes regulation 3, 4(1) or (2), 5(1), 6 or 7(1)(a) or (b) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.

Any person who contravenes regulation 7A(1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
