This Order may be cited as the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Exemption of Licensed Pawnbrokers) Order.
Exemption of licensed pawnbrokers
The provisions of the Act shall not apply to a secondhand goods dealer who holds a valid licence granted under the Pawnbrokers Act 2015 (Act 2 of 2015).
