Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Private Education (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 September 2022.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Private Education (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 September 2022.
Compoundable offences
The following offences (other than a continuing offence) may be compounded in accordance with section 40(1) of the Act:
any offence under section 14(3) of the Act in connection with any failure to comply with section 14(1)(a), (c), (d), (e) or (f) or (2) of the Act;
any offence under section 17(3) of the Act;
any offence under section 35(4) of the Act.
Revocation
The Private Education (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 489/2016) are revoked.
