11. Issuance of orders, certificates and other documents by Coroner’s Court
Feedback & supportIn any proceedings relating to any death reported to a Coroner, a Coroner’s Court may transmit, deliver or convey to any authorised user or authorised agent any order, certificate or other document through the electronic filing service.
The personal service of the printed form of a summons transmitted electronically, or the execution of the printed form of a warrant, has the same legal effect as the personal service of an original summons or the execution of an original warrant.
Subregulation 1
In any proceedings relating to any death reported to a Coroner, a Coroner’s Court may transmit, deliver or convey to any authorised user or authorised agent any order, certificate or other document through the electronic filing service.
