Regulation 11
Issuance of orders, certificates and other documents by Coroner’s Court
Subregulation 1
In any proceedings relating to any death reported to a Coroner, a Coroner’s Court may transmit, deliver or convey to any authorised user or authorised agent any order, certificate or other document through the electronic filing service.
Subregulation 2
The personal service of the printed form of a summons transmitted electronically, or the execution of the printed form of a warrant, has the same legal effect as the personal service of an original summons or the execution of an original warrant.
