This Notification is the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 4 January 2019.

reg 2Prescribed law enforcement agency

The Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force is prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
