Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 18th July 2011.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 18th July 2011.
Prescribed law enforcement agencies
The Ministry of Health (Health Regulation Group) and the Health Sciences Authority (Vigilance, Compliance and Enforcement Cluster, Health Products Regulation Group) are prescribed as law enforcement agencies for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
