Revocation
The Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 811/2010) are revoked.
Saving and transitional provision
Despite regulation 2, Forms 44 to 49 of the Schedule to the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 2010 —
continue to apply to an accused in relation to an offence to be tried in the High Court, if the accused was charged with that offence before 17 September 2018; and
may be used, with such modifications as the circumstances of a particular case may require, for the purposes mentioned in those Forms.
