Schedule 3

has a speed limiting device installed which prevents the go-kart’s operating speed from exceeding 6 kilometres per hour; and

has all of the following covered by its chassis, or some other structure affixed to its chassis, to prevent the hair, or any limb or apparel, of a person driving or sitting in the go-kart from being caught in the go-kart:

all the mechanical parts of the go-kart (other than its steering wheel, brake pedal and acceleration pedal);

the top part of the go-kart’s tyres.[S 854/2025 wef 02/01/2026]2. Any power-driven amusement ride that has a total motive power rating of not more than 1.1 kilowatts, other than the following amusement rides:

a mechanical simulator;

go-karts;

bumper cars;

a roller glider that is power-driven.[S 465/2020 wef 01/01/2021]3. A lazy river ride.
