reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes (Additional Premium Contribution) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2011.

reg 2Additional premium contribution

For the purposes of section 15(3) of the Act, no DI Scheme member shall, without the prior approval of the Minister, be required to pay additional premium contribution for any premium year exceeding 0.3% of the insured deposit base of that DI Scheme member.
