7AC. Period of application for registration for registrable relevant person

A registrable relevant person (X) who has operational control over any premises mentioned in regulation 7G(a) or any business activity mentioned in regulation 7G(b), which is served by a prescribed system (or any part of the system), must apply to the Director-General to be registered as a registered relevant person in accordance with the Fourth Schedule.
