Regulation 14

Despite the revocation of the Business Registration Regulations (Cap. 32, Rg 1, 2006 Revised Edition), any act, matter or thing that was done under or for the purposes of the revoked Business Registration Regulations is to be taken to have been done for the purposes of and has effect as if it had been made or done under the corresponding provisions of these Regulations.
